EXECUTION ANALYSIS AND TROUBLESHOOTING/Q&A RETAINER

$197/Month

With this Retainer option I'm in your corner for any question you need answered and will help with training execution troubleshooting without having formal check-ins or a program written and overseen by me. To add a program written by me to this option it's an additional $100 one time payment. This does not include diagnosis or management of clinical issues best suited for a licensed Physical Therapist. This also does not include written programming. Written programming and oversight of programming is only offered in Full-Coaching options with or without nutrition.
