This subscription option is for those that need help with the execution of their movements in their training programs and for answering questions surrounding their movements, how to approach them, and how to hone their movement skills. This does not include diagnosis or management of clinical issues best suited for a licensed Physical Therapist. This also does not include written programming. Written programming and oversight of programming is only offered in Full-Coaching options with or without nutrition.
